Vegetable Tortilla Rolls
Regular tortilla rolls have a special place in all of our hearts. But what if we told you that vegetable tortilla rolls can also compete for that special place in your heart? This recipe makes it entirely believable.

2 Potatoes | |
½ cup corn | |
1 Cauliflower | |
2 heads broccoli | |
2 cups spinach | |
1 block Cream cheese | |
8 Tortilla wraps | |
Sweet Chili Sauce |
Directions

Step 1:
Chop up the potatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower and half-boil them. Once they’re done, add the vegetables and corn onto a frying pan to sauté.

Slightly whisk the cream cheese, and mix it with the sautéed vegetables.

Add a generous amount of filling to the tortilla wraps.

Gently fold your tortilla wrap without spilling out any of the deliciousness.

Step 6:
Put on your cooking mittens and bake the tortilla wraps for 5-7 minutes at 400 F (204 C). This dish cooks up pretty quickly at this temperature. So keep an eye out for your tortillas and pull them out as soon as they’re done.\
Serve them on a plate and have fun. Boring ol’ vegetables never looked so delicious!
