Egg and Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Who does not like a toasty sandwich? This loaded recipe includes vegetables, toasted bread, some eggs and of course, cheese. It’s the perfect breakfast to get your day started. Even though it’s normally called egg and cheese sandwich, for some reason we prefer the term omelette du fromage. Well obviously, it’s because of that episode from Dexter’s Laboratory. Let’s dive straight into the recipe!

Cheddar Cheese 2 Ounce | |
Bread 2 slices | |
Spring onion 1 | |
Tomato 1 | |
Green chilies 2 | |

Directions
1.
Step 1:
Chop up the tomato, spring onion and green chilies.

Add oil to your frying pan, and preheat for 1 minute.

Add the chopped up vegetables to the pan, sauté them for _ minutes.

Step 4:
Crack open 2 eggs on top of your veggies. Do not mix the, instead spread the egg yolk evenly over the vegetables.

Season with some salt, pepper, and oregano, according to your liking.

Place two slices of bread over the eggs. Then flip both slices along with the omelet.

Now your bread slices will be directly above the pan top. Let them toast for a bit. Add more oil if need be.

Add thinly cut blocks of cheese on top of your contents and then make a sandwich. Be careful not to burn yourself!

You’re almost done, just toast your sandwich nice and good from both ends.
Cut your sandwich in half and watch the deliciousness oozing out. Here you go, an all in one, healthy breakfast sandwich, ready to eat!
