Beef Burger and Potato Chips Recipe
Beef burgers are always served best with a side of potato chips. There is no other duo more iconic. Of course, throw in a nice soft drink for good measure and now you have a comfort food trio! These can be prepared on the grill or even on a sizzling fry pan. Here is our sweet recipe to stir up magic in your own kitchen.

250 g Minced beef | |
1 Burger bun | |
Himalayan rock salt to taste | |
½ tsp Black pepper | |
½ tsp chili flakes | |
1 pickle | |
½ tsp Crushed coriander | |
2 Potato | |
1 Onion | |
1 tsp ginger | |
2 green chili | |
1 tsp garlic | |
1 tsp Butter | |
1 Cheese Slice | |

Directions

Step 1:
Chop up the green chilies, pickle, garlic, ginger, and onion for your beef patty. Thinly slice the potatoes into circular chips, for the side.

Pour cooking oil into a frying pan. Let it heat for 1-2 minutes.

First, fry the potatoes to make the perfect crisps.

Meanwhile, mix the chopped up green chilies, onions, garlic, and ginger into the beef mince. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, crushed coriander, and chili flakes onto it as well. Fold it into a good, old patty.

Now, in a separate cooking pan, preheat 1 tbsp. of oil and 1 tbsp. of butter. Cook the patty in melted butter until it’s brown and a little crispy. This will make your burger taste out of this world!

Just before bailing the patty out, add a slice of cheese on top and let it melt a little.
